The company is primarily engaged in the research and development, design, manufacturing, sales, and related technical services of metal pressure vessels applied in various fields, including gas and liquid separation and purification, petroleum refining, fine chemicals, natural gas, and marine engineering equipment. Currently, it has developed seven major product series, mainly consisting of storage pressure vessels such as gas storage tanks, adsorption pressure vessels like adsorption cylinders (towers), separation pressure vessels such as filters, reaction pressure vessels like reaction kettles, heat exchange pressure vessels such as coolers, refrigeration pressure vessels like evaporators and condensers, and skid-mounted equipment.

The company can design and manufacture products according to customers' technical requirements, meeting certification standards from different countries, including ASME products, NB registration, EU CE (PED Directive) certification, Malaysia's DOSH certification, Singapore's MOM certificate, Russia's EAC certification, Australia's AS certification (design registration), Canada's CRN design registration, Brazil's NR-13, and India's IBR certification.

The manufacturing operations of the company are mainly supported by Zhejiang Surf Power Equipment Co., Ltd. The company is capable of manufacturing condensers, air coolers, high and low-pressure heaters, oil supply units, and precision component processing for steam turbines and boilers; air cooling towers, water cooling towers, adsorbers, coolers, electric heaters, and filters for air separation units; supporting equipment for chemical products such as reaction towers, reaction kettles, distillation kettles, rectification kettles, condensers, reboilers, and gas strippers, as well as containers and heat exchange equipment; nitrogen and oxygen generation adsorption cylinders for gas separation equipment; adsorption cylinders, filters, and electric heaters for gas purification equipment; pre-coolers, evaporators, condensers, and gas-liquid separators for freeze-drying equipment; and skid-mounted equipment such as air dryers, nitrogen generators, oxygen generators, and petrochemical plant modules.

The company produces welding products on a professional and large-scale basis, utilizing advanced specialized production equipment, leading process technologies, and strict production and processing controls. To meet the needs of product manufacturing, the company has introduced advanced cutting, forming, and welding equipment according to process requirements, including a CNC-CG400A steel plate CNC/straight-strip flame cutting processing center, a W11S-32×2500 digital upper roller universal plate rolling machine, a W11-16×2500 plate rolling machine, a 1000-ton hydraulic press, a welding center composed of an LW56 automatic welding manipulator and a US DC-1000 Lincoln welder, a Q6915 large-scale component automatic shot blasting machine, Japanese OTC-XD500S welders, Panasonic SS630 welders, a dedicated tube-to-tube sheet automatic welder, an LGK100 plasma cutting machine, and a QC11Y-12×3200 hydraulic gate-type shearing machine. Additionally, to meet the mechanical processing capabilities required for product support, the company is equipped with metal processing equipment such as a CBSK150-UNION boring and milling machine, an LG5000-ⅡL machining center, an SCVT400 double-column CNC vertical lathe, a C5116E vertical lathe, a TX6111/T1 horizontal boring machine, a CWA62100 saddle lathe, Z3080×25 and Z3050×16/1 radial drilling machines, general lathes, shapers, and milling machines. To ensure product quality and meet the production requirements of pressure vessels, the company has constructed a welding seam radiographic inspection exposure room, equipped with XXQ-3505 and XXQ-2505 X-ray machines, a PXUT-350+ ultrasonic flaw detector, a CXX-3B rotating magnetic field flaw detector, and other supporting facilities, along with qualified inspection personnel.

The company has established quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems in accordance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS45001 standards. It has also established an ASME pressure vessel product quality assurance system in line with internationally recognized ASME pressure vessel standards, passing the audit by the US ASME headquarters joint inspection team and obtaining the U stamp. Furthermore, the company has established a Class D pressure vessel quality assurance system in accordance with national pressure vessel regulations and standards, obtaining a pressure vessel manufacturing license.
